Quotes for weddings and other assignments can be initiated by using the Request Form. Please complete as many areas of the form as possible. Your return e-mail address is particularly important. If someone referred you to our site, please list that person's name in the "Referred By" box on the form.
Then briefly describe your event in the Comments box. Remember to include basic details such as date, location, and number of hours our services will be required. You will receive an e-mail response.

Buying a quality photo image is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3.
1. Note the "Image Number" listed with the photo in a portfolio.
2. Click the "Request Form" button.
3. Complete all fields and click the "Submit" button.
You will receive via e-mail (within 24 hours of order placement):
1. An order number accompanied by a full-sized, low-resolution, JPEG file that you can use for printed comps or video display.
2. An invoice for payment.
Send via postal mail or overnight delivery (for rush jobs), a check or money order for the invoiced amount.
Depending on your selection, you will receive via Priority Mail your archival print(s) or high resolution scan(s) on ZIP disk(s).
Images used for desktop publication (average file size 72MB) are available in the following formats:
1. Macintosh; TIFF, PICT or JPEG on 100MB Zip disk or CD.
2. PC; TIFF or JPEG on 100MB Zip disk or CD.
Images used for wall display are available in 11"x14" print sizes. If you would like a custom size, please indicate your request in the "Comments" field of the "Request Form".
Each image has a standard listed price indicated in the information field aside the picture. That price includes:
1. Your choice of one archival print up to 11"x14" or a high resolution scan of the image on Zip disk.
2. A low resolution scan (JPEG) that you may use for video display or website publication.
3. Shipping and handling charges for your purchase.
Sales tax will be added to price for shipments to California residents. We will try to honor all special requests, but for additional cost.
If you are searching for a special outdoor photograph, or have a particular theme in mind, you can request an "Image Inquiry" via e-mail or using the "Request Form" in this site. Sample images will be sent to your E-mail box within 72 hours from your request.
Each purchase gives the customer "one-time" print publication rights. "One-time" is defined as an image appearing once in a specific publication such as, but not limited to, a sales brochure, print advertisement, display ad, newsletter, book or map. One-time use rights are retained through all reprints and revisions of publication. Images appearing in different publications at the same time need purchased "one-time" rights for each publication. Images may be moved from one publication to another without additional purchase as long as both publications are not in print at the same time.
Electronic publication follows the same guidelines and print publication within the medium. However, "one-time" rights does allow dual publication in print and electronic media as long as image only appears in one place in each medium.
